Neelathamara (film) is a predictable story at first glance but watch out you will never again believe first glances...because neelathamara is deserves a much deeper glance
There are many things neelathamara leaves for the imagination of the viewers (examples are haridas’s letter, kunjimalu’s first prayer for neelathamara to mention some)
It’s narrated through woman view. It’s nice to hear a story unconventionally from women characters. Fresh faces give us the freedom to watch the film without preconceptions about the story .characters are deeply rooted and drawn out. Story is plotted with socially vital details of the time.
Archana kavi is like born for the character. Casting is excellent and she is having apt atmosphere to emote. Fresh faces never make you think they are new to media.
A “Sensual” scene between haridas and kunjimalu is remarkably wonderful. Love (?) moments between characters are captured very well with a scent of nostalgia.
“Film I have seen is my own, and the film you are going to see is your own”. I will not say everyone should watch this film but everyone who watches film for a thoughtful and creative spirit-must watch film my folks
